Solution 1: If you are trying to playback video
on your psp and you downloaded "high quality" video
sometimes this causes a playback error on psp. This is
due to the firmware you are running. Sony offers free
updates for your psp firmware.(click
here for help). Sometimes if you have anything under
firmware 3.7 people seem to have problems sometimes.
Solution 2: Download our "normal" quality video.
We have both options available for download. The quality
is noticeably different. But if you can't play the high
quality video you probably wont notice it as a
downgrade. Just more of the same.
Solution 3: Rename the video file to
"M4V74256.mp4" if your computer doesn't show the
extension then it looks like this "M4V74256". You can
change the last 3 digits in this case "256" to avoid
having a bunch of files with the same name. This
solution will work but again it's for OLDER firmware.
Newer firmware wont need this solution.Despite Sony
claiming that their firmware 3.5+ can support 480x272
it's not always the case. It always supports 320x240
which is what our "normal" quality video's are.
